ABOUT US
We are the sixth joint venture established between Fujian Port Group (i.e FJPG) and PSA International. Our establishment is a culmination of both shareholders' vision to bring to fruition an “Internet of Logistics” to the region. We will be driving transformations within supply chain logistics, creating new value propositions which showcases what digital solutions can offer. Both FJPG and PSA are pioneers of port joint ventures, driving maritime and economic growth in the 22 years of partnership since 1998. Collectively, both joint venture partners have invested more than 3 billion RMB to fuel Fujian's and Fuzhou's port eco-system.
Along with powering domestic and international trade growth through a myriad of port ecosystem digital solutions, we will form the bedrock for a futuristic and highly efficient supply chain ecosystem within Fujian Province, with potential to extend further to southeast China.

Fujian Yisi Road Company Holds Its First Board Meeting
On the morning of October 30, 2020, Fujian Yisi Road Internet Information Service Co., Ltd. held its first board meeting since its establishment at the Port Group Building.
Trailer Annual Agreement Electronic Signature Project Trial Operation
On December 30, 2020, Fujian Yisi Road Internet Information Service Co., Ltd., in collaboration with Fuzhou Xingang International Container Terminal Co., Ltd. and Fuzhou Development Zone Fanshun Storage and Transportation Co., Ltd., completed the trial operation of the first "Trailer Annual Agreement" electronic signature project after the Yisi Road platform was launched.
Fuyi Company's Vehicle Management Platform Launched
On December 31, 2020, Fujian Yisi Road Internet Information Service Co., Ltd. launched and tested the "private customized" vehicle yard management platform project for Fujian Fujia Cold Chain Logistics Management Co., Ltd.
