Trailer Annual Agreement Electronic Signature Project Trial Operation
On December 30, 2020, Fujian Yisi Road Internet Information Service Co., Ltd., in collaboration with Fuzhou Xingang International Container Terminal Co., Ltd. and Fuzhou Development Zone Fanshun Storage and Transportation Co., Ltd., completed the trial operation of the first "Trailer Annual Agreement" electronic signature project after the Yisi Road platform was launched.
With the continuous advancement of the era of Zhilian and the increasing popularization of information technology; In order to facilitate international trade, more and more enterprises have adopted the electronic signature mode. The electronic signature mode complies with the relevant provisions of the Electronic Signature Law of the People's Republic of China, and the technical standards require legality and standardization.

This project utilizes facial recognition technology and electronic seals, allowing trailer customers to easily and quickly complete the signing of annual agreements without leaving their homes. Trailer customers only need to transmit the relevant materials for handling the annual trailer agreement online, and the port handling personnel will conduct an online review and confirm that there are no errors before electronically signing the annual trailer agreement online.

After the implementation of this project, it not only greatly improved the signing efficiency of the trailer company, but also received praise from trailer customers; At the same time, the implementation of this project has also reduced the workload of the port area. In the future, the Yisi Road Business Platform will gradually establish a comprehensive network information service platform based on the advantageous resources of both shareholders, providing customers with more and higher quality digital services, and accelerating the paperless operation process to achieve electronic management of trailer agreements in the port area.
